Season 3 opens with Ian Matthews arriving in the legendary town of Sleepy Hollow where he meets a new girlfriend, the tough guy and the notorious Headless horseman; Stacey and her Mom moving into a new apartment only to find that the apartment next door to theirs is occupied by a kindly old woman who's been dead for ten years.
