Movie plot
Season 9 opens with Dr. Carter, Abby and other staff of the ER being quarantined as the CDC investigate a mysterious, deadly outbreak; the ER being flooded with patients after another hospital shuts down. Dr. Pratt resuscitates a heart-attack victim who had been pronounced dead.
