Movie plot
Ling Ling Fat is a bumbling inventor who also happens to work as an Imperial Guard, albeit a controversial one who is even disrespected by the Emperor. But he must use his inventions to rescue his imperial ruler from a mysterious villain who wants control of an ancient city.
