Picking up right after the first season finale, Kaz and Oliver are trapped in the ER by an evil Skylar and the Annihilator. Although both The Annihilator and Skylar Storm are defeated, a new threat named Mr. Terror looms on the horizon, who turns out to be Oliver's mother.
