Sanju is a heart-warming biopic of the controversial life of actor Sanjay Dutt. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the movie highlights the highs and lows that have followed Sanjay through the years—from struggling with an addiction to drugs, to developing a close relationship with his father, to even dabbling in politics and ultimately spending time in prison. The film also captures some amazing performances from Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay and incredible supporting cast from Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala and Vicky Kaushal. With great direction and a well-written script, Sanju is an inspiring tale about how one man can face obstacles head on and come out victorious no matter how hard life gets.
