Final Justice is a comedy, action film turning around Cheung Ti Chu, an experienced talent talented policeman and Ah Wai, a shy professional car stealing thug. One time, in the car theft incident, Ah Wai is arrested by Cheung and then Cheung inpires Ah Wai. In the big weapons smuggle, Ah Wai as a spy trepasses the criminal lair. Along with Ah Wai, Cheung captures the criminals including Chicken, Bull led by Judge.
