A grieving man receives a mysterious, personal invitation, and is left to wonder what it could possibly mean. A friend or relative could be reaching out, to console him of his sorrows. Maybe there's an important occasion coming up that he was unaware of, although normally friends and family would discuss such matters in person rather than dispatching an invitation. Alternatively the invitation could just be a way to break through the haze of his grief and give him something enjoyable to focus on while he copes with his turmoil. It's also entirely possible that this invitation is from someone completely unknown - still fresh from mourning, the idea of a surprise from a stranger sparks curiosity as much as comfort. Whatever the reason behind the invitation may be, for now all that can be done is wait for its reveal.
