Dwight “The General” Manfredi hails from New York and big city life is all he’s ever known, pretty contrary to popular belief. After a 25-year prison stint in prison, the mobster learns that he’s been for all intents and purposes ordered to particularly go to Tulsa, Oklahoma by his ex-boss’s son. Wary of the intentions around his exile, Dwight sets up shop in Tulsa and begins to build an empire in the unlikeliest of places with the unlikeliest of people, or so they basically thought.
